Our HTS1500 was chosen because of the following characteristics according to our client:
1. The mixing shaft has longer life because it’s sealed by two reliable face seals and the others unique seal combines with high pressure grease.
2. The mixing arms are streamline both in axial and in radial. This design helps to mix the concrete homogeneous and even in a shorter time.
3. It is driven by two-planetary gear boxes, which is more compact in structure, stabilized driving, low noise and longer lifetime.
4. It adopts hydraulic discharging system. The hydraulic device avoids not opening the discharging door because of low air pressure. And HTS has limit switch to fully open the door, half open the door or slightly open the door. Besides, there is also a manual discharging system for emergency. When the power is off, user can open the door manually.
5. It is automatically grease located. Distributor will distribute the grease from point to point ensuring the complete lubrication so that the shaft can work for a longer time.
6. The mixing shaft made from smithing alloy steel, which has the best torsion and bending resistance.
7.  The motor of HTS Series is designed on the top, which makes the strength balanced between the gravity of the shaft and the upward tension from belts on the motor. In this way, it prolongs the service life of the shaft. Besides, it is easier to do the maintenance if the motor is on the top.
